Responsibilities:
Surgical Technician position will plan for surgical procedure prior to case; review preference case and case cart before each procedure, set up instrumentation and supplies, as well as be accountable for intra-operative surgical field.
Will assist in cleaning surgical suites between cases and retrieve needed equipment for cases.
The Surgical tech shall be assigned scrub duties and specific technical patient care duties in accordance to his or her knowledge, skill, and complexity of the patient' s condition or proposed procedure.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program is required.
